Shipping costs

Solid pumpkins are $25 and blown pumpkins are $35, plus shipping. Shipping is free on orders over $100.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown or communicated at checkout.

Processing & delivery

Processing times, shipping methods, and estimated delivery dates are provided in the product listing, at checkout, or in order communications.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If I cannot ship an order within the time represented at checkout or required by law, I will provide any required notice and cancellation or refund options.

Your address

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect, contact me as soon as possible. Additional costs for reshipment or address corrections may apply only where permitted by law and appropriately disclosed.

Packaging & damage in transit

I take reasonable care when packaging glass artwork for shipment. Nevertheless, damage can occur in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact me within five calendar days of delivery if possible, with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage. Retain the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Damaged deliveries are handled under the Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
